This page sets out how free spins, deposit bonuses and other Promotions work at Calgary Casino. Read it before you accept any offer, because each bonus comes with wagering and withdrawal conditions.
Understanding the general rules
1.1 Every offer in our Promotions lobby follows these rules together with our Terms & Conditions. Where an offer has extra conditions, they are listed in its offer details.
1.2 Until wagering is finished, bonus money is held apart from your cash balance. Your own deposit is always used first.
Preventing bonus abuse
2.1 Bonuses and any winnings linked to them are cancelled where we identify:
- multiple accounts held by one person or one household to claim a single offer
- false registration details
- betting strategies built to meet wagering requirements with no genuine risk
- breaches of the maximum stake during bonus play
2.2 In serious cases we can also close the account in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Watching expiry dates
3.1 Each offer has a validity period stated in its details. Unused free spins, unfinished wagering and remaining bonus money expire when that period ends.
Who is eligible to take part
4.1 Offers can be claimed by verified Canadian account holders aged 19 or older, provided local laws allow play.
4.2 Bonuses cannot be claimed while you are on a cooling-off break or have self-excluded. We may also hold back offers if our Responsible Gaming checks indicate they are not right for you.
Single active bonus rule
5.1 You can have a single active bonus at any one time. A new offer becomes available to claim after your current bonus has been completed, forfeited or has expired.

Opting in
7.1 Bonuses are never added automatically. Choose the offer in your account or the Promotions lobby and confirm it before you play.
7.2 You can decline any offer. Cancelling a running bonus removes the bonus money and any winnings made from it.
Meeting the wagering
8.1 Free spin winnings must be wagered 5 times before they can be withdrawn.
8.2 For deposit bonuses, you must wager 25 times the deposit amount on eligible games.
8.3 Contribution varies by game. Eligible slots contribute at the rate shown in the offer details, while table games contribute 8%. Any games that do not contribute are listed in the offer details.
8.4 Progress is shown in your account, letting you check the remaining wagering at any time.
Keeping to the maximum stake
9.1 Each bonus carries a maximum stake per bet, listed in the offer details so you can see it before accepting. Bets above that amount during bonus play can lead to the bonus and its winnings being voided.
Converting winnings
10.1 Free spin winnings can be withdrawn up to C$100. Anything over that limit is removed once wagering has been completed.
10.2 Where a deposit bonus has a conversion cap, it appears in the offer details.
Changing these bonus rules
11.1 We can amend, withdraw or replace an offer, including Calgary Rewards and VIP benefits, when needed. Bonuses you have already accepted keep the conditions that applied when you claimed them.
