Accepting these terms

Making a complaint

Opening an account
3.1 Only one Calgary Casino account is allowed per person. We close any duplicate account, and bonuses or winnings tied to it may be voided.

7.4 Most withdrawal methods pay out in 1 to 4 hours, and bank wire can take up to 12 hours. There are no fees on deposits or withdrawals.
7.5 You must own every payment method you use. Payouts may be held until verification is complete.
Changing these terms
8.1 We may update these terms if our service or our legal duties change. The revised version appears on this page with a new date.
8.2 We will notify you of significant changes by email or show them at your next sign-in. If you keep playing after this notice, you accept the updated version.
